2013 RYLA students Kristen Willman, Tess Krowicki, Brianna Nichols and Zachary Bright, pictured with High School Teacher Larry Sargeant, were guest of the Little Falls Rotary Club.

They spoke about their experiences during their year and especially their weekend retreat.

The weekend program featured speakers on subjects about life, relationships, working with people, motivation and setting goals.

Besides the presentations, there were sports activities - including team climbing over a wall, swimming

pool games - and a team event to build the highest tower using marsh-mellows and chop-sticks.

Each year RYLA students set a major project and this year, the group have decided to create a scholarship fund in memory of Mr. Martin Welpe, a LF High School math teacher who died on April 7th.
